Can we get D Cook Back?

He was cut in favor of James Anderson in Houston... Do we have to wait 1 year to get him back or can we sign him

don't really see a role for him here. Lamb and Perry should get minutes that would go to him. Lamb is a good 3pt shooter and really needs to develop to validate the harden trade. Also even if he is able to sign quickly, it would have to be for pretty low considering the thunder are close to the tax.
