Unfortunately, I was right

You were right?
Did i miss an NBA finals?

I dont get why people have such a problem with Perkins. We need him to get to the Finals and if we face Indy, we will need him in the Finals.

Preach!!

Broussard confirmed that we did indeed offer our first for Shumpert at the deadline.

Apparently he will again be available around draft time. Do you again go after him if you're Presti? I do.

Let Thabo walk in the off season and acquire him.

Westbrook/Jackson
Shumpert/Lamb/Roberson
Durant/Jones
Ibaka/Collison
Perkins?/Adams/Pleiss ?
    PG: Westbrook/Jackson/Smith
    SG: Roberson/Morrow/Lamb
    SF: Durant/Jones/Lamb
    PF: Ibaka/Collison/McGary
    C: Adams/Perkins

That lineup is probably around 72 mill with 3 spots to fill and the Tax supposedly going up..def a possiblity

I would think Presti will shop picks etc this summer and see what the 6.5 mill TPE might get the Thunder.

I hope he does.

I want to see us go back after Shumpert to replace Thabo. Possibly test trade market and see what Reggie could return.. He looks like he has been playing worse and worse over the last few weeks.

I could see there being a big market for him and potentially get a late lottery pick for him. Or even package him and either our pick or Dallas' and maybe have a big time pickup.

We have to see what happens with Thab first.
If we can resign him at a decent rate then we should definitely keep him. There is zero reason for us to try to get Shumpert to replace him.
Now, if the guy walks, then we continue to offer up a first rounder for Shump. But until then, i'd just assume we keep the guy who we watched effectively guard Kobe, Kidd, Terry, Manu, Parker, Wade and LBJ in one play-off run.
