It was said to be a scheduled procedure. My question is if it was planned before summer league or not.

DT says that it was scheduled so that he could play in Orlando and then recover before camp. Scopes are really common for NBA players, I would say nothing to be concerned about.

It really depends on his playing time. He was good in his limited action last year, but the problem is he's more of a SF than a PF which limits his opportunities. I figure his percentages continue to improve, probably around 48% FG% and 38% from 3. If they play him a lot of small ball lineups he could end up getting 15-20 minutes a night. I'd like to see him get 25 min/gm to give a chance to really develop and show off, but I just don't see that happening.

I just see Collison, Perkins and Roberson getting too much playing time for PJ3, Lamb and McGary to get the playing time I'd like them to have this season. I'd like for KD and Russ to get 33 a game, Ibaka 33 a game, Reggie 32 a game, Lamb 30, Morrow 26, PJ3 26, Adams 25, McGary 20, Perkins 10 and Collison 5. Something similarto that would be my version of ideal. I just don't see Perkins and Collison getting that few minutes with the younger guys getting not enough playing time.
