I'm glad it's over. I don't think I'd have been happy either way. It was a lose/lose situation for us.

There's a bigger chance that the revenue split swings more towards the players, I'd say there's no chance at all of the split going below 50/50.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

I agree, I think they may find a way to redistribute contracts amongst the players somehow.

There's gonna be some salary distortions for a while, but it will eventually even out.

I've already seen Slater try to make something of where Kanter's salary aligns with other Thunder players ..... as if its gonna be that way for forever.

All OKC fans
R E L A X
He is 23 and he missed almost 2 seasons because of eligibility issues . He would have been a much better player by now if he had a chance to play against good competition between 2009-11. He is also a good rebounder (Last time I checked rebounding was an important part of defending) and he will improve the other aspects of his defense. He is young, smart and talented, he is also a hardworker . I think all the OKC fans will be pleasantly surprised when the season starts. I expect him to stay with Thunder and sign another max deal in 4 years.

Eeeek. Should have let Portland eat that deal.

Return to Oklahoma City Thunder
