An outsiders view and question about Adams. Everything i hear is that OKC, coaches and fans love Adams. Great teammate, gritty defender, part of your team core.
It looks like he has been entrenched as the starter now for 2 years. My question is, why does he play so low minutes?
Your core of Ibaka/Durant/WB average 34 mpg, and Adams averages 24 mpg. Is it a health thing?

Style of play and roster. He's not a PF, and not mobile enough to play it, so there's 48 minutes to split at C between him, Kanter, and Ibaka if they go small. Plus KD/Ibaka/Collison all play 4, looking back historically that's what the starting C has always played.
