Is russ trying to get 10 assists in 2 minutes or something like that?

Jerami Grant s possibly praying to god everyday before sleep that he sent him to play together with Westbrook instead of guys like Bayless or Gerald Henderson.

Good game Minny. Game pretty much confirmed some of my thoughts about the Wolves team and their core 3. Towns is very good, but not sure about Wiggins and Lavine. Lavine seems like he's best suited to be a 6th man type of player, not a starter. A very good 6th man though. Wiggins is an iso scorer that doesn't provide a ton else. I don't know if they will keep that core together like some people were hyping with all its flaws and not try to balance the roster. People say they resemble young thunder, but I only see Towns at that level.
Still could have a good future though. They just might not all need to start together. They also have another shot at a good pick in the draft. Could wind up with one of Fultz/Ball/Jackson/Monk for goodness sake :o

I'm so glad at this teams ability to play well and adapt to Victor being out. Kanter has been very steady eating benches alive. Victor and Cameron will be great additions going forward, and they will be needed because January looks pretty tough. However, I think this team can get through January a bit better than some of the pundits predict.

Just the wolves but it's nice to have a good showing on national TV.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Every opposing team board moans about their bigs being scolded by OKC's bigs after game.

I am soo tempted every time to drop by and say that they are not the first and won't be the last ones saying that :)

Im starting to be ok with the slow start by Russell, he seems to always pick it up later. Maybe Donovan needs to stop him taking 3s in first 2 quaters :D :D

Adams is getting better and better at grabbing the passes from Russell and now Enes had copied that. I always thought we needed more quality shooting but if the 2nd unit goes constantly to Enes, that seems to work pretty well. He has so many offensive moves! Lauvergne seems to have both a smooth 3 point shot and some nice passing abilities. His defense is a little suspect but still a bit better than Enes, at least covering smaller opponents. Is he a stretch 4 or 5, or a stretch 4,5?

Both Sabonis and Grant are playing better than I anticipated and I can see that the great wingspan and the physical body of Grant is what Pesti has been constantly looking for in young guys. Abrines seems to just need playing time to get his confidence up to be able to shoot well, and I guess that is goodbye to Morrow, who is stuck now in shooting bricks and being vulnerable (and whining) on D.

What can I say about Singler? His best position seems to be the chair between Collison and Huestis!!

Timberwolves are a mystery. They have a monster in Towns but its headscrathcing why TT got this long contract as Head of everything in Minnesota. The roster is not set up to play like he wants them to play and personallly I think its close who is in a more depressing situation , him or Scott Brooks. Thibs has a better roster to play with, but Im not sure Brooks will survive the season.....

Kanter actually passing when doubled and doing it pretty well makes quite a difference for the second unit. And Lauvergne is a surprisingly good offensive player for someone who was signed for basically nothing.

Nice to see Westbrook having so much fun out there.
