Agreed. A guy shooting 48% from three should be one of the biggest priorities / points of emphasis on defense.

Im actually happy with this game. SA needed 2 overtimes to win while shooting almost 90%! From 3.
Westbrook was the man. Like two years ago the man, tferg looked like klay thompson and grant showed he really is the 4 of the future for the thunder.
We play like that against any other team on any other night the thunder win.

Only 3 turnovers and 4 3pts attempts in 50 minutes is what impressed me the most from Russ game last night. He averages more playing 35 minutes/game

That was one of the best NBA games I've ever watched. If Steven Adams could play any defense they win easily. It's funny to me that for some reason he never receives criticism for his defensive deficiencies and he simply can't guard mobile bigs who can take him outside and shoot. 56 points for Aldridge??? Look I love Adams and he's turned out to be much better than I thought but he most certainly is not a good defender and his defense in this game was absolutely atrocious. It's not like Aldridge is super quick either. That being said I have to give it up to Ferguson for at least showing promise for a two game stretch. My question is where in the hell has this been? This just goes to show how incredibly important it is to get scoring from your starting shooting guard as they would have gotten blown off the court if he doesn't hit all those open 3s. Ferguson starting and averaging under 5 points per game is a dead end street that sees this team ending in a 1st round exit. Ferguson playing anywhere remotely close to those last 2 games gives them a chance. They have to get double digit scoring from the starting 2. I will be more than happy to come on here and say I was wrong about him if he ends up becoming a good player but I'll need way more than 2 games. Even with some of these close losses it's encouraging how OKC is playing.

Adams is a bad defender now? This might actually be the most absurd take he's had.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.
