We basically only won bc Russ was shooting well from deep, on a normal night that would be rough. It's not like he had great shot selection either.

The rest of your team shot 3/19 from 3, on a normal night that percentage would be a lot higher. Normal variance over the long season.

PG getting to the line time and time again to make up for his subpar shooting was the decisive factor in this one IMO. Plus you played better D than the usual lately. Westbrook shot well, but he got carried away with trying to oneup Dame a bit too much at times, only 3 assists is not good.

when a point guard passes the ball to someone who is open and they all miss their shots it is difficult to accumulate assists.

Russ had 13 potential assists last night and he averages 20 per game on the season. He averages 58.2 passes a game and had 51 last night in an overtime game.

The numbers are much better than what it looked like live, but I'm just glad they finally were engaged defensively. Credit where credit is due: Noel and Schröder played their butts off defensively.

Wow, I thought Morris played pretty well while on the court. That plus/minus was unexpected.

I think that's actually due to them getting torched in the 2nd quarter iirc when Nader was still on the court and they were going at him every possession. Morris was still on the floor, so that tanked the team DRtG with him on the floor

anyway, another great and exciting game between our teams, i dont think theres a better matchup in the nba... im not sure theres enough to call it a rivalry, but its much more than just a game, these guys really dont like each other... we swept you last season, you swept us this season, long may it continue... see you okc fans

he was always a trash talker, even since his rookie season... he taunt kobe, stared at lebron while he was down after the block, he mocked him even this season doing cry baby face... then theres iman shumpert, westbrook, pg 13, cousins, markieff morris, ben simmons, thats just players i remember (dame said he was talking **** to him when he was at denver and now they are like brothers lol)

he says he doesnt start first, but he does, obviously not always... hes not dirty player, he never was... by dirty player, i mean hes not kicking people in the nuts, throwing elbows, trying to lockdown opponents arm and other ****... im not sure, but i dont believe he ever tried to trip someone... hes trash talker and someone who regulary sells contact (he takes hits, just adds some acting, he has a pretty good skills and it usually works)

he also gets in scuffle, whether its him protecting teammate or like last night with pg 13... obviously in those scuffles theres no punches or anything, at worst its just pushing around

He's a monster freak like Adams but he flops and cries like a baby. He's a great player though and you guys are lucky to have him under such a great contract.

Yea but it was dirty. Should of been a tech. He doesnt suit trying to be that guy. You could say his dirtiness cost them the game last night too
