He doesn't get resigned. Resigning him would make OKC a tax payer next year. Assuming that Royce is right and they are going to keep Roberson they probably have to clear one of their four big salaries to make room under the tax line for Roberson. I guess they could just decide to go deep into the tax to fight for the 6 seed, but what sense does that make?

Good God.

Don't we have an open roster spot now? Bring on the buyouts.

So, how much do we extend mcbuckets for? And what are the chances he becomes singler 2.0

If no one becomes available on the buyout market I'm OK with bringing back the Silverback.

Looked promising last year but has been crap this year. He was the best player in Orlando summer league but missed 3 months with a foot fracture. Since coming back he's been passive and unwilling to attack offensively, hasn't been able to hit open shots ( and refuses to shoot them sometimes), and was always a terrible defender. A huge part of his problem is confidence, he's played well when matched up with other young backups but shuts down against real NBA players. I think there's a good chance he regains his confidence over the summer and shows why he was a lottery pick, but I wouldn't be totally shocked if his confidence remains shot and he's out of the league in a year or two.

I really think ( like everyone) that it's a terrible deal for the bulls, but Cam was a great talent and it's only his second year in the NBA, so who knows...

Its not out of the realm of possibilities that Kanter or Oladipo are moved. This move improves our team now and we didn't give up anyone I liked. We'll cross the other bridges when we get there. I'm pretty pleased with this.
