Chandler Hutchison (2018 - 22nd Pick) + 2nd enough?

Chandler Hutchison is a 6’7 wing that can guard 2-4, but he needs to continue to develop an outside shot if he’ll stick around in the NBA. He hasn’t been playing for ‘personal reasons’ but many speculate that he requested a trade.

Value is probably fine but the salary doesn’t work.

Sign me up for that. I don't expect we'll get more than that for Ariza.

I'm warming up to the idea of a big John Collins offer.

He's still tradable down the road if we drafted someone like Kuminga and didn't need him. There is also the possibility that he gets better too. Lots of people think these guys are finished products at the time of their first extension.

If a team like the Mavs is willing to give him the max, it's gonna be difficult for us to get Collins (if we don't trade for him). I badly want Collins but I don't think he's worth trading significant assets and paying him that much money.

We were rumored to be interested in him for a potential CP3 deal. He doesn't really excite me.

I'd pass as well. At this point I just want us to trade for very good young prospects, even if we need to pay a lot. We have so many decent prospects that it's not worth it...

While there are about a half dozen teams with some semi-plausible willingness to take Horford, it may take a multi-team deal to get it right enough to happen.

No rush to trade Horford. Maybe I'm too optimistic but I don't think Presti is willing to trade Horford for neutral value. Horford's game is aging well despite his terrible season last year and he may be a valuable asset next season (more than this season considering how much money he earns). Presti probably gonna wait to get some small positive trade value in return.

If we get a very good young player in this years draft, wouldn't it be better just to keep Horford? This team won't lose out this year even though they should and next year they will be even better. Horford could be a valuable vet to teach all these young guys.

I think keeping him around could be valuable. We’ve still shown we can win without him so keeping him isn’t crucial to the tank. Despite shai losing three other good offensive players with CP3, Dennis and Gallo he’s been able to improve. Having a big that spaces the floor like Horford is a big help, in my opinion. He’s also willing to set out on b2b.

I think teams are willing to give up more assets in the offseason and that's why we may end up getting a better offer for Horford in the offseason. If we are able to trade Hill and Muscala this month for some ''ok'' value, that's already good enough (I would personally try to find a deal for Diallo & Williams if some team want them).

I wouldn’t mind seeing what the asking price for Markkanen. We need some long term pieces that can shoot.

As someone who is also a bulls fan, most fans are expecting north of $20 million. The guy can’t stay healthy, is extremely inconsistent, and doesn’t play defense. Very frustrating player.

I think all of these guys on their rookie contracts are flawed- Lauri, Collins and GTJ. That’s the only reason they might be potentially available. I look at these guys and think which one is furthest from a finished product and who is likely to succeed in a different or better situation. Lauri isn’t my first pick but I haven’t completely given up on him.

I'd prefer 4-6 players traded at deadline but it is more likely to be 1-2.

I’d be surprised if it was more than one. Hills seems likely. Maybe Muscala.
