I wanted every single asset from the PG13 trade to become gold but I give up on Mann. Presti messed up on that pick.

That draft kind of sucked after the point Mann was picked.

The only guys who are looking better than Mann right now and were picked after him are Bones Hyland and Cam Thomas, so I think it's ok that Mann doesn't look like an NBA-player now.

(Maybe he should have gotten Trey Murphy III with the 16th Pick and trade the 18th Pick (= probably Sengun) to Houston, but that's another story. Oh, and he should have taken Franz Wagner instead of Giddey, but it's also ok that he didn't.)

fair enough. I'm still pissed we didn't drafted Sengun (even if the fit with our core is pretty bad) :(

I don't like Manns attitude you can see him pouting on the bench. I don't think he's going to make it in this league. Oh well some picks just don't work out.

Tre Mann is taking over the role of Darius Basley. His attitude seems not enough powerful to make an NBA career. It's a question of Time, he will be traded. I.Joe has taken the position T.Mann was designated.

I really don't have any issue with drafting Mann. You have to take some shots on guys with upside. We know for certain that Presti can find valuable role players later on. I don't even have an issue with Mann being on the roster right now.

Plays like the one where he got his pocket picked by Cam Payne are very frustrating, but there is talent there and players with his skill set that figure it out tend to have a lot of value in the league. He improved a lot in his two years at Florida. I was hoping for more from him this year. We have the luxury of having SGA and Giddey, so his playmaking potential doesn't stand out, but some rosters are starved for what he has the potential to provide.

I don't see mistakes as being character issues. With the proper guidance, they are opportunities to learn. I think there is still a pathway for Mann to achieve success. All of that said, when I look at our roster, there are a lot of guys I like and I know we have a lot of picks coming, so the competition for roster spots might push him out before he has the opportunity to realize that potential if the light doesn't go on soon.

I’d be surprised if he’s moved before next years trade deadline. There just isn’t much downside in keeping him around.

I agree that he doesn’t have a bad attitude. It’s that he doesn’t seem like a super confident person.

Looks like we’re firing up the tank. Too little too late.

Can’t help but wish we had dropped a few more games early on.

I really don't think we are tanking. SGA must be really hurt and now with Covid.

I do think that if we have a bad record over the next 10 games and be far behind in the play in race, we might start the tank (which is why those next games are very important)

I badly want us to sign a player this offseason but I think it's unlikely to happen. They will just probably keep that roster and try to improve with Chet / 2023 FRP and Dieng (maybe they could add a veteran big that can play some minutes).

We are probably keeping Mann too..clear mental breakdown from him this season and I think it's wise to wait another offseason before totally giving up on him.

I really don't think it is too late. Getting into the top 4 would've required some serious self-harm before the season and I don't think it's worth going through that unless the future is otherwise bleak. The 5 spot is still up for grabs though. Everyone from Orlando on up is still trying to win games.

yeah that's it. Windy also says OKC wanted JDub for months which is interesting to know since his draft stock skyrocketed during the combine.

I guess Presti traded 3 FRPs to be sure to get Jalen and draft another prospect he really likes too.

As far as I can see, this is the last time okc would have capspace. Don’t even know who is available, though.
