Is Westbrook in solely to try and get the tripledouble? Because there's no excuse for him to re-enter a 20+ point blowout game halfway through the fourth quarter.
Said in a thread about which point guards would make OKC better if they replaced Westbrook:

This has been an impressive game. The only reason the Heat were hanging tough for awhile is because they were making a lot of tough shots and we missed a lot of good, open looks.

Billy allowed it.

Really dumb.

Ugh, I missed the whole thing hanging with family. I wish my family enjoyed basketball.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Dion has put together a nice few games. If he actually attacks the basket he is an okay bench player. Which is why his usual self is so freaking frustrating.

Congratulations for a good win! We were able to hold you for a while, but your team is far more talented.

Our defense broke down in the 3rd. I think our guys got tired too. We really have a rush of injuries now and it's terrible timing. I am worried with Green out about our bench production. It might get even uglier.

I remember 11-30 with these guys. ^

I thought he played pretty well in Miami too. Maybe I'm remember last year's game.

I don't really see an issue. You go up 20, you have earned the right to play who you want and maybe get some individual stats. The "could get injured" argument is a weak one for me as that can happen at any time.

You just posted the reason why it's dumb. Freak injuries can happen at any time, no reason for him to be in just to fish for something as meanigless as a triple double.

I had no problem with it once i saw Whiteside and Bosh still in.

Fair enough. if we're up 25 at half time would you get annoyed if starters checked in in the third?

Not at all, runs can happen. This bench is still inconsistent as well.

Billy usually has the starting lineup finish blowing the team out in the 3rd then lets them rest the entire 4th.

Yeah, and the scary thing is that Durant has even hit his stride, yet. And he's posting 50/40/90 potential. It's going to be scary when he does hit his stride. Things are definitely looking up for the heat.

By the way, I didn't catch the game tonight due to work :banghead: . How was our defense tonight? Our offense?
