I miss the thunder being fun. Not winning, just having fun watching them and them having fun on the court. It's time for new blood.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Well, it's almost 6 AM here. I guess it's time to go to bed. Good game.

If anyone thinks Westbrook shooting 5/20 is on Donovan, I just don’t have any words for you.

5 makes.
15 misses.

George wasn’t any better with 7/22. Jesus.

What happened to Paul George? Russ looked gassed starting in the second quarter, which makes some sense, but George has sucked all year.

I'm really tired of watching how often PG13 tries to pull up from like 19 feet with a defender right on his hip. Dude. You aren't Kevin Durant. Those aren't high percentage looks.

We're still very much in the running for Zion Williamson so that's something at least.

I’m wondering if George is having a hard time adjusting to not being able to push off and pull up now.

The entire team shot 40% and failed to break 100 points again, which ones should we blame on Donovan?

how in the world is that on billy donovan, exactly.

Can't exactly fire Westbrook.

We literally gave up 9 3 pointers in a single quarter without actually contesting a single one of them properly yet all is forgiven because Westbrook had a horrible, horrible 4th quarter.

It must be nice to be Westbrook's coach because he'll always let you hide behind his shortcomings.

That’s just it. The pacers were a first round exit too but their fans liked their team.

bandwagoning is for losers

I'm not jumping on the GS bandwagon.

I just can't deal with the dumbass decision making, coaching, shot selection, bad defense. I need to feast my eyes on good basketball teams to remember what a good team looks like.

i rather you not have a team then bandwagon one. Just because its not gsw doesn't mean its not bandwagoning or teamhopping. Losers mentality

Part of why I don't post during GTs is this, would recommend NOLA and Denver. I like some of the young guys too (Doncic). Also whoever's playing Houston or the Lakers. I've started to enjoy basketball again this season because of it. Would recommend.

This. His offensive game is highly inefficient.

We're the most disappointing team in the league right now on top of being the biggest laughing stock. We're not making the playoffs. I'm sure by Christmas, when we're about 10 games below .500, I'll be so far checked out that losing won't bother me anymore. But right now it's still infuriating.

One game after losing at home to a bottom 3 team, we blow a 16 point halftime lead while holding a 9 point lead with 4:30 left in the 4th quarter after scoring ONE whole point over the last 270 seconds.
Said in a thread about which point guards would make OKC better if they replaced Westbrook:

We could really use a guy who can break backboards with dunks and shots.

I feel like when the opposing team starts draining 3 after 3 like Boston did in that 3rd quarter run they went on you can almost see visible signs of panic on our team. They know they can't keep up with a scoring barrage like that and sooner or later they'll be head under water.

If I had to pick another team to follow this year it'd be Toronto.

i keep coming back to the fred katz quote- they don't know why they lost. it follows from that- they don't know why they win. this is a confused team without much in the way of player leadership besides russ' ferocity.
