If Markkanen goes for less than $20, would anyone be willing to sign him for like 4/$80?

I’d still love Ball, FWIW

Hell no. I'm not against signing Markkanen but that's a massive overpay.

Unless it comes from Woj, Sham or Stein I'm not believing it.

Nice. I like Markkanen. I’d be willing to slightly overpay for him. Hard to know what he goes for.

I’d be willing to bring out the boat for Ball tho. I think he’s going to keep getting better. I bet 4/$80 for him looks like a steal in 2 years.

I think my max offer for Markannen would be 4/60. I doubt he gets more but I said the same about a lot of players last offseason and I was wrong so...

No thanks to markannen. No interest in overpaying guys for potential they couldn't realize elsewhere. Never get into a relationship whose success is predicated on fixing the other party.

We're definitely being floated as leverage for some of these names.

The only reason you accommodate a player of Favor's caliber is if you plan on blatantly tanking. It's not like we have any other center on the roster to give minutes to.

Not the only reason. We're building a real reputation for working with players and you have to believe that's because Sam thinks it will help us down the line.

Graham to NOP. That’s their big move. Save up our picks for when Zion asks out.

Also, I bet Graham is still waiting for that huge offer sheet from OKC.

I'm very very happy, that Mike stays with our organization. Not only because he is a great locker room guy and teammate but also as a player. He had some really great games last season, and played his role in this tanking season too, by sitting on the bench and staying with the team also on the road. Thanks Mike Muscala.

He settled for 12m/year from NOP

I thought it was ridiculous that NOP was feeling pressure to win now for a guy that's played like 80 total games. They have plenty of time left to build something organically. Or they did, until this offseason happened and they not only didn't make win now moves, but didn't make win later moves either.
