With Demarcus Cousins done for the year, Paul George has a good shot of being the replacement in the all star game. It will come down to either Paul George or Chris Paul.

Our season is over.
I hope Andre gets well, I hope he makes a full recovery.

I'm absolutely devestated.
Just when it looks like everything is coming together this happens.
Get well soon, Dre.
I think the worst part of this is that now PG13 is probably gone.

On sports center when they lead up to OKC highlights they don’t even mention we had a significant injury. It’s almost like they think robes was a g-league guy. Not even a mention on the realgm wiretap.
Basically when we start to struggle the national media narrative will be that George and Russ just don’t fit. We are about to get a lot of unfair criticism because no one realizes his value.

What sucks is people were finally giving Andre the credit he deserves for being elite defensively. And now this.

Curry and lebron both tweeted about it though, they don't do that every time a guy goes down. It seems like the players at least know exactly how good he is.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

True I was just thinking about the times I’ve heard gottlieb say that Durant left because he was surrounded by guys like Roberson, who can’t shoot.

Side note, I actually kinda like Curry and it's really frustrating not being able to fully appreciate what he is doing because of cupcake's decision. It's tough to actively root against a guy's team but for them, especially with a guy like Curry who almost guarantees a win by playing well.

I feel be same way. I’ve got no problem with he and Klay.

what does a true alpha and leader do in this situation? this is where russell westbrook has an opportunity to show people that he can step up to the plate. we all know that carmelo anthony is a husk of his former self. but there's no reason, from a physical or mental standpoint, that russell westbrook shouldn't be capable of improving his defensive focus in the team's time of need. much of what andre roberson does on the court is made necessary by westbrook's inadequacies next to him. in a season where kevin durant is playing like hakeem olajuwon as the warriors lose defensive role players, it is incumbent on westbrook to pick up some of the slack defensively. can he do it? will he do it?

He's not wrong on this one tho. Russ is not uncapable of picking up the slack defensively. If he doesn't, things will not look pretty.

You know he wouldn't ever in his life use the term "alpha" unless he had this opportunity.

Only a beta would take offense to that.
