Well we can talk hours about Russ playing like **** but the fact that he's afraid to attack the rim just tell us how bad his knees are

Concerned about missing shots is not really something Westbrook showed during his career...

On a positive note, it’s nice to see Ferguson and Diallo make positive contributions.

This is his 5th year in the NBA. It feels like has been around forever. The contract is terrible. I wouldn't have guessed he was still only 23 if I hadn't just read it. I thought he was 25 or 26 and would guess that is what most people think without looking at it. The real problem is the best comparison I can think of for him with another relatively recent #1 pick is Bargnani. Both being solid players, but not great. If Wiggins had been a #5 pick he wouldn't get the same treatment that he gets as being a #1.
Embiid was clearly the highest projected ceiling player going into that draft and only went #3, instead of #1, because of injury. You can argue Jokic is the best player from that draft, but he was a 2nd round pick. This is an example of why I hate people complaining about a player not living up to their pick position. Wiggins has been a top 5 player from that draft. You have Embiid and Jokic as the clear top 2 then Capela, Nurkic and Wiggins are probably your #3-5 with LaVine, Smart and Randle as the others you could put in your top 5. There are a few other solid players, like Elf, T.J. Warren and Saric, but that was a very weak draft.
If we expect the #1 pick to become a HoFer then Wiggins probably was a bad pick. If we expect them to be something more realistic then the only issue with Wiggins is that Minny overpaid him and that is on Minny not Wiggins as they could have let him test FA and just matched an offer sheet. He would probably still be overpaid, but at least then people would give Minny a break on giving him that contract. Similar to Presti matching Kanter's terrible contract. It wasn't like Presti gave it to him willingly, but he had to match the Portland offer sheet or lose him for nothing in addition to not having any cap space in the foreseeable future.

russ' mechanics on those shots just look like him tossing ball at the rim and praying.

I’ve never had any team I cheer for win anything of significance. We finally get a solid team around russ and he falls off a freaking cliff. I’ve ever been a fan of his game but I’ve always wanted him and the thunder to win. This freaking sucks.

Whether shots are going in or not, Ferguson being active on offense is a good thing.

Anyone remember the call last year where Melo got fouled and they reviewed it and called an offensive foul because of the elbow? That should be a foul on Wiggins.

We were REALLY lucky with Diallo and Westbrook. They could have been out for months. Hope Noel will be fine too

Last time schroder didn’t play OKC looked REALLY good
It’s also not sustainable. How many minutes did the starters play that game? It was versus the Kings IIRC...

We can't win games like this when we only have one real scorer...

Going to lose back-to-back home games to the terrible Wizards and below-average T-Wolves.
These two games are either the start of something really bad where we really plummet down the standings, or these two games are what we look back on when the playoffs begin and we're a 6-seed without HCA instead of a 3-seed with HCA.
And why is it that Andrew Wiggins actually seems to always live up to his "generational talent" hype when he plays us?

It was supposed to be 2 easy wins before a very tough schedule...

Also, this is comical.
Schroder is -24. The next closest Thunder player is -9.

Regardless of your beliefs, let us please pray / send good vibes for Nerlens Noel.
It’s so tough to see anyone go down like that. I really hope he is okay.
