Personally I think the whole division rival thing is overrated, especially in the nba.

Yikes. BPM really hates Melo. On BOTH ends.

Came here to post this. And that's the production you get for 30 mil.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

i'd say melo probably has move value than BPM would indicate, but lower than RPM. the truth is in the middle. which would still have him below average for his position, at best.

Would be an interesting guy to watch out for, especially since robes likely doesn't come back at full capacity.

With what draft pick? Think he can be attained with a bought second round pick?

Athletes with solid 3 and D game don't fall into the late 2nd round unless there are serious flaws somewhere.

He's borderline first at best, so yes there's a solid chance he's available for a bought pick. No guarantees of course, but if presti likes him he will be in a range where we can get him by doing something creative.

by my rough calculation we're allowing 116pp100 in games andre roberson hasn't started this year. this would be last in the nba by a mile.

Every game for teams 3-9 will matter post all-star break.

Still think we end up 4th at worst, but that assumes they handle the games against the bad teams.

Dream Team pod, Royce re: Joakim Noah: "I think that there's some belief—I can say that—some belief from the Joakim Noah side of things that the Thunder would be the team he would end up with [in the event of a buyout], but he's gotta agree to a buyout, which doesn't seem all that likely at this point, and y'know, I don't know how much interest the Thunder would have in him."

Great Dream Team pod btw. Matt Tumbleson ran into Katz and Royce asked him if he had permission from Presti to talk to them :crying:

TL;DR Kanter doesn't particularly dislike KD. But Russ is probably STILL mad. Like really mad.

I'm never going to forgive KD, so it's reasonable Russ, who is obviously way more invested than any of us (no matter what we say) would either

Russ gonna win MVP this year. He would have had it last year if Kerr didn't insist on propping up AD as the fake MVP. Russ had 30 in 19 minutes, he was gonna go for 60 if he was given enough play time

At least it's interesting to see him this vocal about it. With Durant, the team was taking more of a 'Let's not talk about and not make it something it's not' approach iirc.
