How about we look at the positive? Singler and Dion have both hit their only 3P attempts so far. Westbrook hit a 3. Durant hit a 3. Everyone's playing great D and hustling on offense.

17 of the Clippers 24 points have come from five threes and a Jamal Crawford heavily contested 19-foot pull-up jumper.

I'd say our defense has been great because the Clippers have scored the vast majority of their points on low percentage shots, but on four of their five made 3s we've lost our man and were to lazy to close out and just gave them a wide-open three pointer.

That's not how an option works. You'd have to cut him by the start of the offseason in general, and then you wouldn't be able to. They'd pick him up (which they shouldn't), then make the second year NG. That guarantee can start a bunch of dates, but generally is July 1st, so they'd decide this offseason to do so. I think they could change the date, but that has to be negotiated.

Its not worth the risk, and there's no need.
