Well, CP3's eighth flop of he night gets rewarded with a BS offensive foul call on Westbrook.

We're shooting too many 3s.

All Durant wants to do right now is shoot 3s...and they're aren't falling tonight.

Now see how our offense stagnated this quarter a little bit but our defense held it down and limited the bad offense. One of the Pros of actually playing defense

Like I've been saying man, this is a team that plays to the competition. They play much better against better competition. Also, as we get more seasoned in Billy D's offense and everyone gets more comfortable playing with each other, this is what happens.

They've played random games poorly too. They played a few random good ones, never consistent though.

And honestly, Doc is a terrible coach/GM.

Decent coach. Subpar GM. I never liked coach/GM combos. Doesn't work unless you are supremely gifted and dedicated to both roles, which is difficult.

Yeah, we have some outliers with some random games, sure, but it's apparent all year that OKC gets up for the big games. I actually thought to myself earlier tonight that we would win by 20. But then I tempered my expectations and said 9.

I think a lot of it has to do with our guys knowing the playoffs are just around the corner so they are feeling the pressure. But I also think it has to do with seasoning within the system.

Why don't I feel like a 20 point lead is safe?

Our offense has stagnated big time since the 1st quarter.

And the Clippers begin the second half with Piece hitting an off-balance, contested three to beat the shot clock and Redick hitting a pull-up 19 footer with Adams closing out on him.

No lead is safe until the fat lady sings.

So we should be expecting this run we just have to be smarter on our offensive end. Just drive and get into the paint and not settle for 3s.
