If I’m the hawks, I’d way prefer Gallo at 17-20 million over 3 years than Hayward at 30 million over 3-4 years, which is what I read on their non-realgm board. Plus whatever they’d have to give up in a sign and trade.

For sure. If the Hawks sign Rondo + Gallo, they are going to be really good.

Just wanted another team to sign Gallo so we had a shot at a S&T (but Miami isn't willing to commit more than one year because of their Giannis dream)

I would say not getting a S&T for gallo isn't that big of a deal so we can let his salary fall off the books. Getting max value for Oubre, Rubio and Green should more than compensate for what we don't get from Gallo.

Well we all know Presti works in silence so I don't trust those rumors. CP3 trade was an exception because he allowed him to speak with teams.
