Oh come on...

Well I don't know what the Lakers offered but we need to trade Schroeder while he has some value.

He is valuable to the OKC Thunder and winning

Can't deny that he's having a great season. But in the end he's valuable to give us a 1st round exit (which is fine considering the fact that we traded our 2 superstars). Still think we should take profit that his value is at his best right now...

Nerlens noel? It's 7 where it gets dicey.

You're not wrong but what's that Laker package? The 29th pick in this garbage draft and Cousins/AB/Cook? Would much rather have Schroder

Schroeder had negative trade value some months ago. Getting a late FRP would be awesome. The draft is weak and it's a low pick but you never know. On the other hand, odds of losing in the first round and Schroeder's trade value to decrease are really high.

Schroeder's value isn't going down by the offseasons. Take your time unless someones desperate

Also we already have two low firsts this year. Can only dress so many dudes unless you draft n stash. Not to mention the extremely low odds that the 29th pick becomes as good a player as Dennis.

Well maybe I'm too low on Schroeder. I used to hate him and never thought he could play at this level so we will see.

Guess if the Thunder are not really looking to move Schroeder, they don't have advanced discussions about Gallo. Stand pat or moving both of them is the scenario that makes sense.

Presti should trade all our picks to get Caruso and Tacko Fall. Our new big 3 is coming!

That's fine. But good luck building around them. They are too top heavy and front court heavy. Harris should really be logging minutes at the 4. Embiid has had problems staying healthy and Zion had more 3's in his first game then Ben has hit in his career.

This league is a wings game. You have to be able to get to the line and hit the 3 ball. This 6ers team can get to the line, but as constructed its gonna be hard from them to win a couple of playoff series.

They were 2 points away from beating KL and the champion Raptors last season with both of those guys.

They spent a decade trying to find those 2 guys.
My eyes glaze over when reading alternative stat (not advanced stat) narratives that go many paragraphs long. If you can not make your point in 2 paragraphs it may not be a great point. :D

Some teams prefer early 2nd round picks even over guaranteed contract late first round picks.

Interesting. I liked Kennard in the draft. Haven't watched him in the pros much. Can he defend?

Any chance you get to unload that contract, you should take it. The Thunder are not going to matter in the postseason anyway.

Some Detroit guys said a while ago he's a little better than his rep on that end (most people see "white shooter" and immediately go to the tropes). I don't know that he's a stopper but he may be OK in team scheme.

Most likely a 3 or 4 for 1 with something like that, yeah. My guess is Kuz would be part of the swap.

I might actually prefer Dennis to Kuzma.

If Kuzma was being offered in a Schroeder trade, Presti would definitely do it. I'm not high on Kuzma but who knows how he could perform on another team.

I've really been enjoying Dennis this season so far. The guy gives a ****. That matters.

I might too. But Kuz is young and has potential still, so I could see him maybe having value to team execs. Esp. if there were draft compensation involved and a possibility to cut salary in the future. DMC expires next year, Cook is NG next year.
