Both, coach isn't holding them accountable. He also hasn't seemed to have changed the system Brooks had at all or draw up enough plays for them to run which causes them to revert to ISO ball.

The players are to blame for defaulting to ISO and not at least continuing to pass the ball regardless of how we're doing.
