Clippers have hit a lot of tough shots

Gallo has to be shooting, like, 83% on stepback jumpers from 18+ feet in games against us this year.

Russ looked pretty speedy chasing that loose ball

If you only saw the differential in paint points from this game, you'd think we'd be up by 20+ with only 18 minutes left in the game. I started watching halfway through the 2nd quarter, but in that time I've seen them make an entire game's worth of really tough shots.

Can Russ just make a **** shot? He can't even make layups anymore.

Our last three possessions:

Three blown layups.

Our 14 point lead that could/should still be 14-16 points is now 8.

Wow. Another 3 by Westbrook. That work he’s putting in is showing.

I think we are just tired. Played heavy minutes in Denver. That high altitude can get to you. And it’s the back end of a back to back.

His jumpshot hasn't been great lately but it hasn't been THAT bad: his main problem has been finishing at the rim. He's missing layups over and over that he usually makes in his sleep.

2-3 FTs feels like a win.

Unrelated but Utah lost, the Bulls came back on the Spurs as of now and the Suns up on MIN

Free throws...2 for our last 5.
IIf we were a solid FT shooting team, we'd be up by 14-15 right now.

And that was a terrible travelling call. Should still be up by 13 right now.

That was a terrible call. That's pretty much never called a travel in the NBA.

Fortunately the Clippers just got called for an equally questionable travel.

Beverley locking down George at Dennis. Smart pass with the hand-off to Patterson to throw Beverly off. It’s the little things.
