What's the price tag on Ibaka?

As an Atlanta fan, do we have any (reasonable) assets that OKC would be interested in for Ibaka? I'm a big Ibaka fan, and I think he's actually the 2nd most important piece for the Thunder.

Probably nothing Atlanta would be interested in giving up.

Horford is the only piece ATL has OKC would/could want/use and y'all are not giving him up so nope.

ibaka's a keeper..(unless it's a trade that obviously would improve OKC)...they should hang on to him

Well if that's the case who is the 2nd most important piece on Atlanta?

That seems like a reasonable place to start.

Other than Horford I don't really see any need for anyone else.

I seriously doubt Atlanta would be willing to give up Horford for Ibaka at this point but I see Ibaka becoming a Horford type player.

Ibaka is only 20 yrs old. Good defensive post player. Active body, is able to block a lot of shots. Runs really well. And can even hit the J from around 15ft. This series he's shooting 0.538% from the field.

What's not to like? Ibaka had seven blocks in game 2. Seven. That is an inside presence.

It will be interesting to see what they do with their money for a free agent.

Is Ibaka going to be that big guy in the middle they need? Like I said before about Ibaka, I see Theo Ratliff with a better jump shot.

Theo played Center and PF. I Think Serge could do that for the Thunder.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a starting line up of.

PG Westbrook
SG Harden
SF Durant
PF Ibaka
C Krystic

6th Green
7th Thabo
8th Maynor
9th Collison

Green comes in and Ibaka slides to C.

It will be interesting to see what OKC does with all their pieces. Will they breaks some hearts and make a trade, or will they sit tight and let them mature?

Curious what a package of Green and Ibaka could bring? Not that I would pull the trigger but still curious.

Someone like Al Jefferson... probably not enough to justify such a trade.

I'm a homer but I really do think Jeff Green and Ibaka are too much for Al Jeff. And considering they are in the same division I don't want to face Green and Ibaka for the next ten years 4 times a year.

Maybe. Serge is worth a lot more to us because he's young and 'our player', but really, he isn't doing anything this year much different from Lou Amundson. They fact that he's young and can really improve is his value, not his current production. So you won't get what you want for him in a trade.

Good because I don't want to trade him i think he is going to be a defensive beast who can get you around 14pts a night.

I'd say Joakim Noah is his ceiling minus the passing / ball handling. With a better jump shot.

Energy / defense / rebounding / some shotblocking. That's both of their games... Noah's a bit more fluid with the ball, Serge seems more adept with the jumper.

Where did Ibaka come from? I don't see him on the draft board from last year.

24th pick in the 2008 draft. Played overseas in 2008-2009.
