Is it possible for Jeff Green to play shooting guard in the nba, and have him guard shooting guards while Durant stays on offense and defense at small forward.
can Durant guard the shooting guards, while Green guards the small forwards, while Durant on offense plays at sf, and Green at shooting guards?
I ask these two questions because Green would be a much better option on offense than Thabo Sefolosha, and Ibaka can start at pf

No, Jeff Green cannot play SG. Maybe for a couple minutes at a time or at odd times defensively in transition, but in the long run Jeff Green at SG is worse than Jeff Green at PF.

Durant at the 2 and green at the 3 was the original idea. It was good for green but it was bad for durant at the time. NOW, i think durant could play the 2 pretty well but he has established himself as the 2nd best SF in the league, so he's not moving

Green needs to get a outside shot. If he can, he could be similar to Danny Granger.
Right now he's a tweener (similar to Beasley). Too small for PF and he doesn't have a consistent outside jumper to exploit his bigger defender, and he's not quick enough for SG. He's ideal position is probably SF, which is the position Durand has the most success at. I never got the Durant/Green draft plan, drafting Noah, Hawes, or Stucky would probably have been a better choice. The 2007 draft was pretty bad though.
The Thunder's future will depend on the development and improvement of Green's game.
