Hey, guys
there is an argument between my friend and I that he thought OKC should sign Brendan Haywood with 8M this year and a contract with 48M for 5 years.
But, in my point, I said Kevin Durant and Jeff Green should resign next year and westbrook in 2012
if we spent that much money on Haywood, a unproven Center with that high price.
We will pay luxury tax in 2012 probably with a team
C: Haywood
PF: Jeff Green
SF: Durant
SG: Harden
PG: Westbrook

would you guys believe this team could win a champion?
and Bennet will to pay luxury tax for this team?

Well, Bennett did pay 45M to move the team. I've even read that he overpaid to acquire the team. He might be inclined to dabble with the lux tax if that means the Thunder will win.

Yet, I don't see him overpaying like the Lakers or Dallas.

Bennett paid 45 million to move and the teams value today is 310 million, 40 million less than the purchase price. With all of that said he is ready to go over the cap. But, Haywood especially @ 48 million is NOT the answer.
