No.

Horrible trade, and I'm not big on Stephenson. Plus what would Minny do with all of those picks anyway.

The best you would get is Green, 21st and a choice between 26th or 32nd.

Horrible trade? You might not like it but if you break it down it is not bad.

Gomes for Green isn't terrible considering how much Green will cost compared to Gomes. Gomes is decent bench depth and Jeff Green should be on the bench anyway.

Harden for Cousins is a no brainer. And the salaries come close to matching so we'd still have cap space after this. Acquiring someone like Cousins and still having cap space - that'd be huge.

If anything this is a horrible trade for the Timberwolves. Green isn't worth a lot to them because he will be due for an extension so soon, the picks aren't worth much to them, and DeMarcus Cousins has a lot more value than James Harden.

slick are you even a fan of this team? You don't seem attached to any of our players.

What does one have to do with the other? Of course I'm a fan of the team.

And is the future first okay with you? I'd hate to give up Green, but to give up Green, Harden and three 1st round picks essentially for a #4 pick. #4 picks have increased in value since last year. I still say it is a horrible trade.

I wouldn't do this trade I don't think because it'd require another investement to make it worthwhile but it's not too horrible.

come on now i know it gets boring in the summer but why don't we concentrate on our 21st pick then trading the 26th and 32nd pick, and no fat kids from kentucky ....maybe orton but thats because he's from okc!

would you trade ibaka for David Lee in a sign and trade if we had a legitimate center such an injury free tyson chandler. And is Ian Mahinmi comparable to Serge?

So you are telling me if we had a legitimate center who rebounded and played defense, you would not trade for a guy who averages 20 pts and 11.7 rebs for Serge. Are we sure Serge Ibaka will ever be 20 pt and 11 reb PF or center. right now he is an atletic big man that may or may not develop an offensive game, but will rebound and block shots. If we have that quality in the center why would we need two of the same type players in the front court?

Why would we sign and trade anyone for David Lee? We can just sign him outright.

Because I think he is going to signed for about 12-13M and not the $11 that we have in salary cap space.

I saw you post those same numbers in a NYK thread. Where are you getting your $11M figure from? Is there a reason you're projecting the salary cap to be $52M next season isn't of $56.1M like everyone else?

OKC has almost $16M in cap space before accounting for the salaries of their two 1st rounders. Adding in the salaries of those draft picks ($1.089M and $894.4k http://www.hoopsworld.com/Story.asp?story_id=9302), OKC would still have a shade under $14M in cap space...which according to you is enough to sign David Lee.

OKC would keep Ibaka and just sign Lee outright.

I was more referring to the 6th year, which OKC would not be able to offer, unless a sign and trade
