Is there any chance we go after him if he opts out of his 12 mill. The reports are saying he's 100% now and if so what do you think his asking price would be?

Zero chance.
"After examining Chandler's left big toe, Dr. Carlan Yates, Oklahoma City's team physician, determined that the risk of reinjury was too great to give Chandler a clean bill of health. He therefore advised the Thunder to rescind Tuesday's trade that landed them Chandler for Joe Smith, Chris Wilcox and the rights to DeVon Hardin.
...
"He said he doesn't know how long I'll last," Chandler said in reference to Yates. "He told me, 'I have no doubt you can play on it. I'm just saying it could take a turn for the worse if you come down on somebody's foot or hyperextend it or something.'"

I am no doctor. But, I do belive injuries can heal. If he is actually 100 percent n' signs a deal with the Thunder with both sides knowing what they are getting into I could see a deal like this working. I am suprised he would leave 12 million on the table.

I really think you guys are a decent center away from being a very good team. If the Chandler of 2 years ago emmerges, he could really help OK go far in the playoffs. Great defender and rebounder. Not much of an offensive game but I don't think OK has to worry about offense. The question is will he be healthy? I'd rather go after Chandler than Haywood.

Tyson Chandler is cool, I would take him in a heartbeat. Only concern is his health, so he is not my first choice, but if we cannot get any "better" center, than I would definitaly go after him and sign him for a 1-2 year contract. Even on one leg he is by far better than Krstic, sorry.

He wasn't turned down because he was injured. He was turned down because of the likelihood of reinjury. How has that changed?

I understand his toe " injury " , is really something akin to tendonitus.
I have tendonitus in the elbow, and arthritus in my shoulder. The only real cure for the elbow is rest. It will recover far enough to not cause me pain in my daily activities, but if I were to over work the elbow with the same activity that caused the tendonitus, it reoccurs.
Just have to take the Doctor for his word, it will probably be an issue with Chandler for not only the rest of his NBA career, but his life.

Pass. Chandler sounds like he is trying to get one last contract out of his body. The dude has missed almost half his team's regular season games the last two years - and when he has played, he's been much less productive than usual. Doesn't sound like a guy who's on the road to recovery.
I'd rather have Brendan Haywood if we're intent on going the 'big man' route.

He is a shell of himself these days and to be honest he wasn't really all that great to begin with. 6 and 6 and injury proned?
Doesn't really scream to be the answer.
If we are looking at retreads I'd rather trade for his teammate Nazr Mahommad. He had one of the higest PERS in the league this season giving 17minutes a night. He is at least servicable.
