The Thunder Draft Alabi over Seraphin @ 21 and Orton @ 26.
Which would give the Thunder:
Kristic/ Alabi/ Mullens/ Orton
Green/ Ibaka/ Collison/ White
Durant
Tabo/ Harben/ Weaver
Westbrook/ Maynor
The Draft also had Favors, Cousins, Monroe, and Davis going 4-7. With all of the teams not really feeling the player they are taking. If we could get out of the draft with this roster I would be very happy!

Re: ESPN 6.1 Mock Draft
The Heat are willing to Sell their #18 pick for Cap relif. The Thunder should buy to make sure they get their Big Man!
It also wouldent be a bad Idea to draft a couple of over seas big men and stash them for years to come.

Re: ESPN 6.1 Mock Draft
No team during the draft process has been as consistently linked to Alabi than the Thunder. My instincts are that Presti doesn't draft Alabi.
I think Orton or Seraphin make sense based on fit and potential.
I think that drafting a European prospect makes sense.
I wouldn't be surprised if Presti traded or sold one or more of the 4 picks.
I think Presti might take a chance on a guard to give Weaver additional competition. (Anderson, Elliot, White and Vasquez)

I'd love Alabi if it wasn't for the fact that he had horrible rebounding #'s in college. He also had knee surgery after the seaosn ended.
I like Orton but his knee's worry me, and same with Seraphin. Seems like these bigs where we are picking all have knee injuries.

Re: ESPN 6.1 Mock Draft
Alabi also suffered a stress fracture in his foot his freshman season and redshirted.
Seraphin's knee injury seems to be more of a teak than serious injury.
One good thing you could say about Mullens thus far is that he hasn't had a major injury that would stall his development.

true, I'm also interested if Presti thinks we need another backcourt/wing player. I think we will get a better understanding on what Presti thinks of this team and certain positions after the draft.
