My thoughts: This guy seems to be a hard working, realistically thinking and smart dude.
I think he knows what he can bring to a team and what he cant, knows his abilities, has the work ethic to improve a lot and has the smarts to be a very good team player.

As of his bball skills, my first thought while watching this mix was, that he really seems to have long arms and uses them well when going up for rebounds, putbacks, etc.
Kinda holds his hands way up the whole time, similar to what Pau Gasol does. He will be a solid rebounder in the NBA as well and offensively he will also be able to get his point because of this stile...he has a very high release. His shot reminds me of Camby but with a better touch.

I also have his game vs Kansas State in the 2010 Big XII Championship on my harddrive if anyone wants it.

One thing I noticed after watching both games from his sophomore year and junior year is that he was a better player 2 years ago as a soph. Hopefully he can get back on track.

The ironic thing about Cole is that his last collegiate loss to Northern Iowa in the 2nd round upset was at the Ford Center.
