Russell Westbrook had about a three week stretch last year where almost every night he was on the floor, he was flirting with a triple double. How many triple double games does he have this season?

I think Russell Westbrook has a chance at a triple double any night he comes to work. He rebounds so well and playing with KD and Harden and Cook as shooters he should be tallying assists. And of course the kid should hit 10 points a night in his sleep.

Maybe not this season but in a few more years this kid really could put up some sick numbers with the way he rebounds.

Maybe every night he gets to play. He just needs to stay healthy this year.

I forgot my prediciton in my OP. 5 triple doubles this season.

I think 3-5 is a realistic range. My guess would be 3.

1 triple double down 4 more to go although I wasn't really fond of how Westbrook got his final assist.

But at the end of the day it's still a triple double.

I need to go look at the game logs but I think he has missed two more triple doubles by a single rebound or an assist this year.

EDIT: He had a 38pts 15rebs and 9dimes against the Nets and he had a 43pts, 8rebs and 8dimes against the Pacers.
