Would anyone in OKC be interested in Rip Hamilton?
DET receives Mo Pete, Cole Aldrich, and Royal Ivey
OKC receives Rip, and DaJuan Summers.
OKC could actually make a run at a title this year, and a veteran SG with a title ring wouldn't hurt. I seem to remember a flirtation with Ray Allen for Rip Hamilton back in the Seattle days (which probably doesn't matter much); but Rip is still a great defender, and can fill up the basket if he isn't the main offensive threat.

We'll pass on any high salary option in the backcourt. We're looking for a decent C first and foremost.
With a Krstic/Green frontcourt, we won't contend for any title

Honestly I don't watch that much OKC ball, but I thought Krstic/Ibaka was a nice 2 headed monster going on there. Plus Mullins? I'm sure you guys would know better, just throwing stuff at the wall to see if anything sticks.

Re: Rip Hamilton?
No way the Cap frugal Thunder deal Cole Aldrich for Rip Hamilton ($30 million due to him by when his contract ends).
Detroit is just trying to GIVE Rip away. Dont get me wrong he is a great player.
If Detroit wanted the Thunder to take on Rip's Salary for certin Greg Monroe would have to be included in the deal, and Cole Aldrich would not be in the deal.

Krstic will get outplayed over a 7 games series vs the top team center. Dallas,Spurs,Lakers and that's just to get out of the west.
Ibaka doesn't really play the minutes to consider a starter, Green took up that minutes instead. and Green will probably get outplayed by Dallas, Spurs, Lakers PF.
wow that is indeed depressing, thankfully we have ibaka coming off the bench with collison.
Mullens hasn't been playing any consistent minutes for us to know better.

We'll be mad to take on any 3 years contract in the backcourt right now for > 6m.
