What would you do?

Considering the following 10 players have confirmed contracts for next season.$38m in total Salary
PG: Westbrook, Maynor
SG: Harden, Thabo
SF: Durant
PF: Ibaka, Collison, DJ White
C: Aldrich, Mullens

Note: Will actively look to move White if Williams is signed to a contract. Return expected, 3 point shooter/pick.

Considering these players are uncomfirmed at the moment.
Green: 6m/season max. Will actually seek to move him before the deadline if possible, if not in a sign and trade for picks.
Krstic: Will consider resigning if green walks and other targets sign elsewhere.
Mo Pete: A nice story about him.
http://www.nba.com/thunder/news/petersonfeature_110210.html
Ivey: Not sure if he got a contract but as 3rd string pg, won't mind resigning him.
Cook: Undecided at the moment but wouldn't mind giving him a 2-3 years contract to be our 3 pt shooter. He at least make an effort on defence+ can play some small ball 3s.

Considering the following rights we have.
Lat Williams: Another summer league. Giving him a contract this season if Green goes or in 2 season time otherwise. Since Tulsa run similar plays, he already know our game plus with the D-league season he should be better conditioned for a long season than new draft picks.

Tibor Pleiss: Try to involve in summer league. Unless 1 of Aldrich/Mullens is able to prove they'll be at least a backup or at the other extreme a bust, another season in euroleague for him to bulk up and more playing time. We can't have 3 rookie center who haven't played a season worth of game.

2011 Drafting (1 first round pick, our 2nd round pick was exchanged for Lat Williams), Free Agency and Trade (Our Own picks+ Clippers Pick included)
NBA Draft: We have alot of youth. Some needs like size upfront and 3 point shooting better served elsewhere. Draft either an international pick or trade it away for a future pick.

Free Agency: Let Green/Krstic walk. Sign Deandre Jordan/Gasol to an offer sheet. If offers are matched, a veteran defender/rebounder like Dalembert will do.

Trade: If the salary gap goes downward, take on a veteran presence contract (Like Etan/Mo Pete) if we can get draft picks out of it. Alternatively look for the veteran presence in free agency. If Cook isn't the answer, to sign a 3 point shooter here who can play SG/SF.

What would work well? For the time being I would be VERY satisfied with trading Green for NeNe (provided both would extend). Alternatively, sign Jordan in FA or Gasol. I read someone on this board previously say that Memphis will definitely re-sign Gasol as they aren't high on ZBO. The impression I got from Memphis was the complete opposite. ZBO is their 2nd option, and he has been absolutely beasting down there. I wouldn't be surprised if they let Marc walk.

Now's the time for Management and Presti to spend big and snag at least one of those 3.

Draft Lucas Nogueira.

Athletic black guy, 7 foot beast, looong, plays under the rim, his post game need development but he could dominate both ends in a Dwight-esque way at Americas U-18. He is thin, and needs to bulk up.

We already have Cole Aldrich, Mullens and even a dude named Teibor Pleiss over seas. I dont want another project. I want a guy that can make an impact NOW via trade, or Aldrich to get valuable playing time eventually.

Aldrich and Green have trade value. If we're not trading the pick, I think it'd be more useful by drafting a center and ship Cole Aldrich(or both, who knows what comes from this?). We dont have another uncontested good PF/C player except for Ibaka and Collison. And Lucas athleticism, size and quickness tells me he have a greater potential than Aldrich.

If Nene resings Denver and Melo leaves, why not try trading for a at least 4 year lock center? We have a good rebuildng pack to offer to Denver.

Sefolosha/Cook, DJ White, Green, Aldrich, LAC 2012 First... Any of these players/pick can provide depth for a rebuilding franchise and are pretty dispensable from Thunder.
