Thanks to the help from about 100 citizens, Sonicsgate is taking its show on the road again, and has another date with the Thunder. Tune-in on Saturday and spot the guys in Sonics gear.

There were about six guys in Sonics gear in the row right behind the Thunders bench in LA last playoffs.

I don't know really what is so funny. Our team was stolen and the neither the City or Howard Shultz has even as much said sorry for their part in the whole fiasco.

Trust me it's not funny that any team is moved. Look at Sacramento's situation, I fail to see the humor.

Personally, I think Sonicsgate should focus its efforts on continuing to rally support for an arena to get another team. 'Crashing' games doesn't seem constructive to me, just makes them seem annoying.

It's been 3 years!! Teams move all the time. Take that up with Seattle and your leaders. Seattle sure didn't care to support the team when they were bad. But now that the team is good, they are getting jealous. The NBA is a business and if they don't receive the support from the city council to upgrade facilities, they they have every right to relocate to be successful.

Seattle Sonics are DEAD. Seattle fans are like a girlfriend that treated their man like crap until he left. And now that he is successful, she comes crying back to him pleading for forgiveness.

You're missing the purpose of the SG guys being there. The point is to let the NBA know Seattle wants the Sonics back and that no team in this league is safe.

And as far as Sonics fans rooting against OKC? Why do you care? I know I'm in your forum, but I could care less. You comments regarding this topic just goes to show why WE don't root for your city. Classless. People in this forum have some nerve to say Seattle should get over it. If anything, get over your creepy obsession with Sonics fans and stop stalking.

Yes I'm trolling and I don't care. Hi Wiff.

I'm out.

I heard they mostly heckled the Thunder players. I'm sure that behavior is going to spur the NBA and Washington state legislature into action, just like their transparent disturbance of Howard Schultz's book signing ("What'd I do? I'm just filming" ).

Sonicsgate is a great film, it sucks that Seattle lost the team, and Schultz, Nickels etc. are scumbags. But these types of activities just make them seem childish, honestly.

Them being there "to let people know they want the sonics back" is a huge fallacy

They were there to heckle to Thunder players and to try to make a scene so they'll end up on sportscenter or whatever

Whatever, let them do their thing. It's not personal, they just want their team back. And they are even doing in the away team's arena.... seems non-confrontational.

So they're gonna heckle... oh no.... so do the fans of every opposing team. You all should have no beef with Seattle fans, they are attacking the ownership, not the new fans.

No doubt, some can probably get out of control, but there is no reason to hate on people rocking sonics gear in Denver.

Relax, and think about how awesome it was to inherit this excellent basketball team.

Lots of NBA fans are childish. No reason to hate.

Nobody has any problem with Seattle fans or people, and if they do there's no reason for that. These guys supposedly have an agenda though for raising awareness about the Sonics' situation and hopefully getting a team back in the area. I'm doubtful that their activity during the Nuggets game, and the Schultz book signing, raised the kind of awareness that would be constructive.

I think they did this because they are really desperate. I loved the movie and i like their movement, but heckling thunder players? Why? what did they have to do with anything? Just seems stupid to me.

Yeah its not like Portland has one of the best attendances in the NBA.

Oh wait they do...

Since Paul owns the Rose Garden and the team he would have to build himself another arena and hope that Seattle fans were willing to show up for games.

Key Arena is nowhere near the stadium that The Rose Garden is.

The only time the Blazers have ever had problems pulling in fans was during the Zach Randolph/Darius Miles era.

something doesn't seem right when a bigger city home to companies like Microsoft that's only a short ride away from one of the other largest cities in north America, Vancouver (that's also affluent) without a team, loses its part in the nba. If Vancouver couldn't get one when its population and economy was booming and S.Nash was winning mvp awards, Seattle would probably find it difficult getting one.

before Seattle fans start complaining though they should know the 2 biggest 'wealthy' cities in North America without teams are in Canada. Canada also has many cities comparable in size to Oklahoma City and Memphis that would never even get the chance the way the league is set up.

I'm not a Thunder or Sonics fan (actually I'm a Cavs fan...yeah still), and I can't find it in me to root for the Thunder after what you all did to Seattle. Yes, it's not YOUR fault. You guys definitely deserve a team after the support that you have been showing. But just not THAT team. It sucks because I love Kevin Durant and he's one of my favorite players in the league, but after reading comments from classless, ignorant, and baselessly arrogant Thunder fans telling Seattle fans to "get over it" makes me want to openly root against your team.

Seattle was one of the model markets in the NBA and Stern did them dirty for no reason. Even Sacramento was given a one year extension to build a new arena.

Show some humility and feel Seattle's pain for losing their team to you. Those of you who say that the team sucked before they moved...learn a thing about the history of the team you stole before running your mouth. They had a 41-year history, won the 1979 NBA championship, made the 1996 NBA Finals, won countless division titles and oh yeah were home to PAYTON AND KEMP. You stole 41 years of history, not just the 2008 team that lost a franchise-worst 62 games.

Even though the Cavs lost LeBron, I'm glad I can still discuss the team's two lottery picks and how we can get better through the draft. Seattle fans lost Durant as well as the rest of the team. Just doesn't seem right. And the attitude of you Thunder fans makes me want to say...Go Mavs.
