If he continues to work on his shooting he will at some point become a decent shooter and with that I still think that Rondo can be a 14/5/11 guy who steps his game up in the playoffs to 16/6/13.
I'm not saying that you should do a Westbrook-Rondo swap but Harden has 20/4/4 potential (also Ibaka has some offensive potential) and putting a truer PG next to him and KD makes sense. As of right now, obviously you guys absolutely need Westbrook as a 2nd option though.
