1. It sounds like Harder will remain on the bench for the start at least.

Dailythunder reports:
Harden said he thinks it's better for the team for Thabo to start an him come off the bench.

2. Looking at this picture, I have a hard time believing that Perk is 6'10 and KD is 6'9 tall:

Perk might not be standing up straight, but still, he must be at least 1 inch shorter than KD.

I think having Harden come off the bench is a good idea. We need scoring off the bench. Other than Cook and Maynor we really do not have that is we start Thabo over Harden.

Harden will end games which is where it counts. It also puts Harden on a short list of players up for the 6th man award.

Perk looks good. He came in @ 267 lbs. which will be good for his knee. He played @ 280 the season before so stying he lost 30 lbs. is correct he was over weight last year not to his fault. 270 lbs is a good playing weight for him and he is now at a good spot to add some weight if needed.

This is going to be a great season!

Unless Ibaka develops offensively or Thabo got better at shooting, the starting lineup is still going to be BRUTAL offensively.

The Mavericks starters were Kidd, Stevenson, Marion, Nowitzki and Chandler last season. If the Thunder improve their ball movement then the offense should be fine.

I think it is known that Durant has grown a couple of inches since he was drafted. I think Durant is close to 6'-11".

Yeah - i think KD is actually alot taller than listed. I hope his reach also grew - I mean you can never have too much reach :D

I'm going to be really disappointed if James doesn't start. Even though I can see both sides of the argument on why he should or shouldn't start, but for the sake of winning (Championship wise) James has to start.

Here's to hoping Thabo can make some plays this year I guess....

KD always downplays his height. He always says he's 6'9, but when you see him tower over players like Perkins and Ibaka everyone knows he's much taller

Thabo starting? Great! He has improved his shooting and his overall offensive play so much you guys will love him. He's a much better ball handler, he wont pass on the break too often though. He will surprise a lot of people this year.

some highlights of one of his games in turkey:

Sefolosha has a good skill level, but has historically lacked consistency. Likely due to a lack of confidence.

If Sefolosha can parlay a bigger role in Turkey into better play with the Thunder then great. If not, then hopefully his defense will be better than ever. If not then hopefully Sefolosha won't play as much as last season.
