No one except Harden and Collison knows what they're doing
on the offensive end of the court. This includes the coaching staff. The only time the offense ever has any sort of offensive continuity is when Harden and Collison are running pick and roll (or Collison is setting screens off-ball for Harden or Cook). Otherwise, it's a total mess.
