Why is there no sense of urgency from this team?

They have been playing like absolute trash ever since the end of the all-star break and this team just looks lazy, uninspired.
Something has to be done or changed if this keeps up.
I honestly believe the Thunder won't even make it to the WCF, let alone the Finals.
