Paul Millsap & Jamal Tinsley Jazz Pick Protected

for

Thabo, Maynor, Collison, Toronto Pick

Jazz send the best player who the thunder probably should have gone after in the Harden Deal, Jazz get the best pick and their future backup PG, and PF. We can negotiate a buy out of Thabo if you want.

I would not do that deal in a million years. We already have Serge Ibaka at the power-foward spot, and we need a productive center that can help us. Al Jeff would be nice, but I don’t know if he would put this team over the top.

I rather do this deal.

Perkins, Jackson, Lamb, maybe Toronto's pick for Al Jeffson.

Still seems like too much for just Al Jefferson. I'd leave Lamb out of the deal, he has a lot of undiscovered talent. Give him paying time and I bet we'll see him develop into a solid SG. If there's a hypothetical deal to be made with Utah for Al Jefferson, it should be:

Perkins, Thabo, and Toronto's pick. That's 2 starters + a pick.

Kevin Martin is averaging 15.9 ppg (Thabo averages 6.5, and he doesn't contribute all that much to the starting group). Lamb backs up K-Mart, (better than letting Lamb's talents go to waste on the bench).
