Is KD's Injury Serious?

Not sure if this rib contusion is something we need to worry about going forward?
Rib injuries have always had the tendency to morph into something more serious. I recall several instances where just a "minor bruise" turned out to be like a hairline fracture or something, etc.
Haven't seen any concrete news about KD"s ribs except that he tried to play through it against the Cavs and was in considerable pain after the game.
