Summer league early returns

Post#1 » by Old Man Game » Mon Jul 14, 2014 2:50 am

Now that Orlando is in the books and Vegas is well under way any players from other teams that have stood out to you? Anyone you wish we had drafted or could figure out a way to trade for? Any unsigned free agents look decent?

I wish we'd drafted anybody but Huestis.

Edit: it's really not so much about Huestis the player, but did we really need Andre Roberson a year after taking Andre Roberson? Why not at least take a flyer on a guy who can score but needs to round out his game?
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Yeah, kinda agree w/ Huestis. Also, impressed by McGary and PJ. Other than that, not a ton, I don't see any rookies up for trade just yet.
