what if an healthy Yao Ming would have sign with OKC instead of trading for KP? hypothetically speaking?

Idk, still would have to worry about his injuries.
Especially for a playoff run, don't think he helps that much in the grand scheme of things.

Adams would've started significantly earlier in his career...that's all I can think of. OKC may have won a few less games throughout the years too due to Perkins still being a competent place holder and Yao being extremely unreliable to stay healthy.

The last year Yao actually played a significant portion of the season was the year we moved to OKC. Even if he had been relatively healthy, at that height he had maybe 3 years left before he would have broken down anyway.
