Top assistant hired! It's Monty Williams! Thoughts? Happened quickly! He and Kevin have good off court relationship I read!

I don't think you can judge a staff until it is complete. But, Monty is a good hire. He has the head coach experience which is what Billy wanted. All and all a solid hire but there is still work to be done.

I like the hire. Monty is a solid dude who has been around the NBA forever. I think having a guy like him will help smooth the transition.
