What happens with Dion? Does he sign or does he walk?

Unlikely he signs. I think Abrines just took his spot.

My guess is we pull his QO. Or, if that'll put us under the cap, we figure out a way to use our remaining space so we don't lose the Novak TPE.

What? He's better than Kyrie! He told everyone he was.

I'm so happy. We don't need anymore players with an ego on the team

Especially players with an ego that suck at basketball and get played around 25-30 minutes per game in spite of it.

Dion was a good kid, but this improves the wing rotation.

Good luck to him.

Recinding just means they took away the one year deal offer. The Thunder are still in a holding period before they decide to work under of over the cap. Looks like Abrines was signed at the mi-level.

The Thunder decided not to have him on only that one year deal this season then leave again. I think Dion might not be getting the offers he wants. The Thunder are what's best for Dion he just needs to decide if the money they offered is enough for the structure that is OKC.

He put an instagram photo with #TrustTheProcess tag, which seems to be the motto for Sixers endless rebuilding. He may just be trying to endear himself to the fanbase (or at least soften the blow) before his possible 1+1 year absurd value deal.

A source close to Waiters said that the #TrustTheProcess hashtag doesn't have anything to do with the Sixers and it was something he sais while he was going through hard times. Whatever.. Funny thing is even the Nets seem to have given up on him after a face-to-face meeting. The Nets! So I am now officially again hopeful for a Rudy Gay trade where Waiters will be S&T'ed for around 8-10mln per in a 3-team deal around deadline where all other options will cease for the Kings.

So you are basically saying you think the Kings front office is worse than the Nets and 76ers front office? I could see Dion going to play overseas because he feels disrespected that no one will give him a max deal. Then I'll have to hear on another Thunder board about how the whole NBA is just too stupid to realize how good Dion is. They can't wrap their minds around the fact that he is a below average player. According to them he's as good a defensive player as Roberson and a plus on offense. A good two way player. I have yet to see him be a plus on either end of the court and can't find any metrics that would dispute what my eyes see, but I guess I could be blind and every statistic could be wrong.

The Sixers front office wasn't bad with Hinkie, and I don't know Colangelo enough there yet. Brooklyn's been good under Marks.

And I really can't believe the amount of OKC fans who still think Dion's a really good player. Great guy, not good player.

Well that's not only me :)

DeMarcus Cousins says he doesn't 'really understand what's going on' with the Kings

What other Thunder forum even thinks Dion is a good player? You're not on LandThieves or something, are you? WTLC, DT, RealGM and Reddit all generally conform to the idea that Dion's not a very good player.

Thunderfans.com. It is where I met Bondom, although he hasn't been on there in about a year because he couldn't stand the mass stupidity. Counting stats are the only stats that matter. Efficiency numbers don't mean anything. RPM and BPM are a byproduct of who you played with and have nothing to do with your ability. If Waiters would have been a starter his BPM would have been better than Roberson's. On/off numbers don't count because Waiters didn't play with starters. You get the idea.

Yep, I literally changed my password and just hit random keys on the keyboard. I can't possibly sign in that way, so it stopped me from losing my sanity. It went somewhere between praising Dion and thinking Roberson was a scrub, and also when one of the mods made fun of Lamar Odom when he was hospitalized.

Just for you bondom, this was posted on TF yesterday:

"I don't know that anyone is better defensively than Waiters.. Him and Andre are about as elite as defenders can get in the NBA at those positions. I know you don't like Dion and you can say his offense was shaky at times and a little out of control. but his defense was superb."

Appreciated. Oh that place is gonna lose it when he's gone. Man I'm glad I stopped posting there, though now I may lurk to read this.
