Man we need solid outing desperately. Nothing fancy, just solid defense which fuels our offense.

Still ugly, still bad defense, still stupid. None of that matters because we got freaking win!

glad we won but omg it's painful to watch. We need some defense. Sounds like we are missing ibaka more than we thought ( I know he was trash last year)

This has nothing to do with Ibaka. Defense has been trash no matter who's on the floor.

it has to do with the fact that Adams needs a good 4 to help him.
For the rest we can't ask much more from Roberson ( and neither from westbrook, or he won't be able to perform offensively).

Problem is there's nothing showing this. Serge didn't make a difference last year. And his numbers are worse this year yet.

I think I said Serge was terrible last year and we made a GREAT trade. Serge didn't make difference last year but he was helping Adams more on the inside than Sabonis or any other is this year.
I never said we shouldn't have traded Ibaka or something close to it, just that we need an average 4 at least ( Sabonis is a great talent but is far from that).

We had good interior defense and this year we are beyond terrible. What is the reason then?
Sounds that we need an average 4 even more than a wing player. We can't get stops even against terrible offensive teams.
Even with hitting 50% fg and 50% from the 3 we went to OT against the nuggets. We should have lost this game 95% of the time.

Joffrey and Kanter are both awful? The defense hasn't been that poor with Adams. The other 2 are both horrendous defenders.

We lost both durant and ibaka, that's a lot of length and rim protection. Sabonis will need to become a much better team defender to make up for that. I think he will but it's going to take time.
