Still suck, shouldn't have gotten suckered in by that jazz win. Donovan is a terrible coach.

Felt like every time we started to get going the Suns came down & got a call. Got it to 76-79 & they came down 3 straight trips & got a call.

Pathetic effort all around. I feel so bad for Russell. Dude drops damn near 50 back to back nights against scrub teams and still loses.

Doesn't matter, fouling is the only defense we play anyway.

Can someone explain to me why Westbrook takes so many 3s? He shot 12 threes today, nearly half his FG attempts were 3s.

It's weird because he's never ever in his basketball career (high school, college and pros) been a good 3pt shooter so I don't understand why he hoists so many up.

Not blaming him for the loss what so ever, he's the only reason Thunder aren't battling with Brooklyn for the chance at Lonzo Ball right now but just annoyed by the 3pt attempts a bit.

Besides Abrines, who else can hit them? McDermott has had one game he has made a few. Oladipo is streaky too. The game has become a three point shointing contest and the only guy we have who can hit one is sieve on defense. Sadly, Russ shooting threes isn't our worst shot.

Westbrook just isn't a shooter. He's lethal when he's attacking, he should stick to that till he actually works on his 3pt shot and improves it.

Dwayne Wade in his prime always found a way to stay effective even without shooting many threes, Westbrook should adapt his game some.

Seeing Steven Adams name as a candidate for player of the game makes me want to punch my iPad screen.

He's shooting 34% on the season, that's better than 50% from two point range. And he's dealing with a paint completely packed by defenders, you can't just drive into them time and time again.

I still don't take back what I said in the other thread. Russ has been good in the clutch, but he is still a piss poor three point shooter. The thing is the only other person who isn't worse than him in end game situations currently is Alex. That last minute was an embarrassment to basketball. Jerami Grant taking those two threes and the commentators saying they were good open looks. No kidding they were open... he can't shoot for ****. McDermott is still playing too many f'ing minutes. Granted the alternatives aren't great with Victor out, but what has he proven to deserve playing 35 minutes a night.

This team has to fight tooth and nail to beat any team, even the trash ones. I can't remember the last blowout over a good team this team has won. The Chicago game in January? (Jimmy butler was sick though) The team has a point differential of less that a point. (+0.28) That was with Victor playing mostly. Dallas just beat Memphis tonight, so they can definitely beat this ragtag group.

In Jerami's defense, any shot that doesn't result in him falling on his ass classifies as a good shot.

Seeing him repeatedly fail to have any effect whatsoever when guys drive to the rim is infuriating.

We should have a list of what constitutes a good possession for guys.
Grant- doesn't fall down
Robes- at least hits backboard
Adams- catches the pass
Domas- doesn't touch the ball

Sadly, we are a scrub team if you remove Russ from the equation.

Yeah, I would put Andre over Adams. Phoenix's backcourt was largely neutralized on the perimeter. That didn't stop them from just running into the paint though, since our bigs are absolutely useless at offering resistance.

Oladipo- have meaningful offensive production in two consecutive halves of basketball.
Kanter- continue to have no one notice (including Donovan) he's shooting 15% from three.
Singler- false. Nothing Kyle singler will ever do will result in a good possession.

Russell Westbrook is the very very best player. Teammates let him down. Sad.

Strangely not upset.

A little disappointed, but not upset. Thought I would be.

7 seed here they are.

I admit I was dead tired after work and woke up in the 3rd quarter, but seeing late game lineups every game is kinda infuriating. There's really no reason Robes/Grant should be there at the same time.

Anyone have anything good when they're sports depressed? Thinking of watching movies but not sure. Beetlejuice cheers me up usually.
