Well he's doing it. Wow.

Literally everyone played well, but voted Russ and Alex.

I missed the game. Did Abrines get hurt?

He did. They're sending him for an MRI, but apparently "optimistic" that he's fine.

The Bucks should quit the NBA. They let Christon go for 10-7-3 on them. That's usually a three or four games combined stat total for him.

What's the record for points scored in a game without any player scoring 20?

They do it like every 5 games or so. Might happen tonight.

Called it. It's frustrating to see this team with more than just Russ and random contributions in a game.

Christon with the career game.

Every team has that one dismal game per season. Guess everyone should quit. :dontknow:

He was talking about Christon not playing like the absolute worst player this league has ever seen against you guys. It was just a joke ;)

Russell's season is a little bittersweet. He'll almost definitely not win MVP because of some unofficial traditions in the voting that need to change, which sucks. Recognition is always great. Also got to wonder how things might turn out had we beaten the Spurs on the same day Harden lost to the Warriors. In theory one day shouldn't matter, but I think it really would for Russ. Of course there's a few games left to potentially change minds, but the W/L factor will almost definitely just be too much, even though it completely ignores context.

But on the other hand if you make history and don't win MVP, you still get remembered for making history. Oscar himself is the glaring example here. Everyone will still remember Russ. The record will get brought up just like it does/did for Oscar. So we'll always have that, which is kind of a nice thing to have amid a season that's going to end in disappointment results wise.

Easy, just a joke. I was just shocked at Semaj Christon's stat line. I'm not exaggerating when I say 10 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists is usually a 3-4 game stretch of stat totals for Christon.

In his previous six games combined, Christon had 12 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists. If went back and studied his game log, I'd probably find quite a few other 3-6 game stretches of similar numbers for Christon. I wasn't taking a serious jab at the Bucks. Thunder fans are beyond frustrated with Christon a.ka. Worst Rotation Player in the NBA and Billy Donovan's insistence on playing him 15+ MPG.

Didn't even think it was possible for even just one game to have so much balance that a team could score dang near 150 points without a single player scoring 20+.

The Sixers managed to score 118 without anyone scoring 20+ points.

The genuine hapiness on Kanter's face when Westbrook averaged his triple double was so contagious to me.

I love the dude more ane more every month. Dont want him gone even if he's terrible devensively and overpaid for being a back up Center
