50/16/10. only 2 turnovers tonight. Grabbed that crazy important last rebound and made a curry type of 3. WTF?

I really want to make a list of players and opponent fans backing Russ openly for MVP. He deserves it, if any so called journalist is voting just looking at season stats without watching his games, without understanding the weight he is carrying on his back they should just go to hell.

Just finished watching Russel break the record and win the game on a last second three! We only got league pass so I could still watch all of Victor's game, but I have to say, I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE PLAY DAY IN AND DAY OUT LIKE RUSSEL WESTBROOK! SO MUCH RESPECT FOR THIS GUY!

Damn. That was impressive. As thanks OKC, the Blazers will do what they can to wear out the Warriors for your second round match with them.

Well, we all knew how this was gonna end. Almost three seconds and 2 points down, it's a guaranteed win for Russ.

Seriously speaking, are the votes made before the playoffs begins ? if yes it's over. If not I can see things changing quickly because of Houston vs Thunder (and then we have serious problems).

You're welcome, but even if we do miraculously turn into a competent NBA team outside of Russell Westbrook and beat the Rockets in the 1st round, the Spurs would be our second round matchup.

Good point, I admittedly didn't bother looking at who would face who in the 2nd round since that's a thing that won't apply to the Blazers.

That and I really wish there's gonna be a Thunder v Warriors series.

It isn't something that should make us happy as Thunder fans, but as Westbrook fans it's awesome. For what felt like the 100th time this season, we faced a double-digit deficit in the 4th quarter only to be led back by Westbrook's insanely clutch play that culminated in a Westbrook game winning shot. It was a gainst a below-average team (again) which makes it worrisome as a Thunder fan interested in the longterm well-being of the team.

On another note, this is yet another game that just magnifies the incompetence of Westbrook's supporting cast and head coach. He had a 50-point triple-double 68% TS, and it still took a miraculous 40-foot buzzer beating three to beat a sub-.500 team.

And I get the whole team sucking thing but this is why he should never leave this franchise unless he wants to. Unreal.
