Curious to see Roberson against Giannis. If he doesn't get more minutes tonight then something is really wrong with him (or with Billy...)

The guys that have done the best against Giannis so far this year have actually been traditional PF types with enough wheels to keep up with him. Horford might be the preeminent example.

They might try Patterson on him some.

I think Monroe is out. Should help the rebounding discrepancy. Also think Gus Johnson is calling it.

Don't be naive. If there's one game in which Donovan will play Grant 35 minutes 'because of defense', it's this one.
"I don't know of any player that, when the shot goes up, he doesn't want it to go in," Donovan said

Well Patterson isn't in a great shape yet so I don't think he can guard GIannis for a long time.

First game im really looking forward to tactically. Great moment to see where we are at against a solid team that is already in flow. Also watching Giannis develop into the monster he will be someday is never a bad thing. Any bball fan out there gotta love seeing him play. Hope we pull out the W. LESGO THUNDERUP!

Ps: Middleton is lowkey a monster.

Not sure I would call them a solid team (maybe I'm underrating them). They have a superstar player, a star player/potential in Middleton (even if he was bad last year) and some nice young pieces but they still have a lot of flaws in my opinion. Westbrook-Adams should be able to take care of the job tonight.

Looks like I'm going to jynx tonight's game but I think we will win this.

For a team from the east they are as solid as they get. They will miss Monroe tho.

Eh...not so sure. Theyre pretty solid and given a road game I don't feel too good about this one or even Friday at OKC against Boston. They have a good bit of talent.

Let's say that I'm more confident about tonight's game (and Friday against Boston) than Sunday game @Portland. I'm good with a 2-1 record for the week so I'm hoping for a W tonight ;)

If we play defense and rebound like we have so far then I think we will continue to struggle to be a .500 team.

Yeap, Monroe out for two weeks and Gus is calling his first game, many of Bucks fans arent happy with Gus but ohh well.

He's just got a good voice for it.

He does but when he is suppose to commentate for the Bucks and you hear him going crazy when the other team is torching us you can understand why not many like him

A lot of people don't like how excited he gets for other teams' plays and how he gushes over their players. The worst one was a playoff game last year against the Raptors where the Bucks needed a big stop at the end...Lowry hit a jumper that basically won them the game and Gus celebrated with his usual "WOOOOOOOOO".

I personally don't get worked up about it, but it can be annoying when your own announcer is cheering for the other team.
