Well we didn’t lose so that was nice.

That was a solid, if unspectacular win. They needed that one.

Overall good effort and (raw) numbers all around.

After George who led us to this win, Abrines and Patterson stood out positively.

Don't know what Memphis was doing they looked like they checked out, completely different than the past years.

That was actually a really fun game, sad I missed Russ but the PG takeover was sweet

Jerami Grant is the most confusing player I've ever seen. He does things that shouldn't work but for some reason it works for him it feels like a lot more ofter than it should.

Ferguson was a lot better tonight than last night. Excellent defensively.

Also, Donovan is so ****ing stupid. He has PG in up 20 with 2 minutes to go and he predictably turns an ankle.

Just saw the score, glad it was fun spearsy!

Watched GOG2 and yeah liked it better than 1. More comedy, characters were more into their personalities. Really enoyred it.

Man Katz killed it on Twitter tonight.

Also, this was the highlight of the game, bad pass from felton made it spectacular

I'm taking 110% credit when he re-signs

The Lakers and Grizzlies both suck pretty much equally. How do we beat one by 20 without Russ and Melo and lose to the other without Russ and Melo?

This team makes no damn sense.

Even bad shooting teams hit shots. Simple as that.

It started earlier this year when he showed off his new footwork and finishing around the basket but now when he puts it on the deck he's keeping the ball in places where it's not going to immediately get dislodged from his hands. Really showing out this game.

Not falling on his ass anymore has really helped him.

And I'm taking credit for this win. The team obviously didn't appreciate my slander:

Every year we long for role players who really excel at important parts of basketball. Seems like we've finally done it!

Credit where credit is due: Abrines has been solid over the last two weeks. Positive NetRtG with him on the floor in six out of the last seven games (+2.7 NetRtG overall despite going 2-5). He's working on the defensive end.

Grant has also looked decent since Robes went down. 63 TS%, +4.0 NetRtG with him on the floor over the last 7. Has made some crazy plays. I'm glad we're using him more under the rim now. That's where he belongs.

George has been awsome over the last 2.5 months. Since 12/1, he's averaging 23.5/5/3/2 on 60.6 TS%/115 ORtG (25.7/5/3/2 on 63.9 TS%/122 ORtG since Christmas).

We are now 4th in SRS overall! And yet this feels like we've been trash all season apart from those 14 games we were streaking.

'rhythm player'. hate that term. alex abrines is a high volume three point shooter. a 40% three point shooter doesn't shoot 40% from three every game. it's just variance, not 'rhythm'.

I'm glad I never completely gave up on Alex Abrines. He's got horrible instincts on defense and he still gives up some of the worst And 1s you'll see. But he's definitely working and he's slowly improving. I still think he's a valuable player on this roster.

I wish he would have played like this before trade deadline.

Offensive role players not looking likey they are 'in rhythm' is a valid concern with this team imo. Remember how they treated Morrow? Come in and just fire away? Just being part of the offense, touching the ball, certainly helps I think.
